Scratch is open and hopping. To compliment some of the (if not the)best pastries in the Triangle, Phoebe has brought on an all-star cast of baristas who do an exceptional job with the Counter Culture coffees and espressos. Breakfast and lunch pastries and salads are flavor, bright, and locally sourced. I’ve been greatly pleased on my two and counting visits here, and will certainly make this a regular haunt.
