The Chubby’s on Miami Blvd is the old Bandido’s location, and is only open at lunchtime. I think they decided that the Chubby’s model was doing better business, and that the location wasn’t getting enough dinner traffic to justify keeping it as it was.
Apparently, the kitchen is larger than at other Chubby’s locations and is being used to centralize some parts of the cooking/prep.
