Went to the Brathaus last week. Nice enough looking place, but the prices seem pretty high for what you get.
I did get some of the brats frozen to take home ($7/lb, paid $16 for six of them), and they were the best I’ve ever had. They are very big, with a solid consistency, not at all fatty. Don’t let the “fire” ones scare you away, they are not very spicy at all, kind of medium if you ever eat anything a bit hot.
