The gingerbread made with Full Steam Brewery's stout beer is fantastic! I am a huge fan of the doughnut muffins and really everything that they bake. Yum!

The strombolis (strombolii?) are epic, though completely unlike any other stromboli i have ever eaten. Scratch breads are great too. The garlic cheddar from last week is my favorite thus far.

I did the CSP last year; I only received three weeks of my share due to a ambiguity in their 'order' policy. (Specifically, you MUST notify if you are not picking up one weekend - something that was not communicated by her assistants during my first pickup.) No problem, my fault - I 'ate' the cost, but suggested Phoebe might want to clarify her instructions to subscribers in order to prevent any future confusion for others. No response, and subsequent subscriber emails did not take my suggestion into account.

So aside from that, we do find Scratch (and even Farmer's Daughter) verge on the more expensive side. Five dollars for a 4-inch galette (small pie); two dollars for each doughnut muffin (2 inch diameter). Delicious, yes, but you do pay much more to support this type of local business.
