Chicken Tinga tacos are the best there, and also hard to find elsewhere. It's shredded chicken in a chipotle (and possibly other chiles) sauce. I get those every time!

Also, they're closed on Tuesdays.

weird, i've never seen a Caldo de camaron with that many whole reconstituted shrimp in it. Generally the broth itself is a long simmering affair of dried chiles aromatics, and dried shrimp, that get pureed and strained. its usaually served either with just a few of the whole shrimp on top (more for effect, but they can be eaten), or even a few fresh cooked (peeled) shrimp on top. the main thing is the flavor of the dried shrimp in the broth...its sooooo good

Or you can just eat the shrimp whole, heads and feelers optional. It won't hurt you. Might get stuck in your teeth, but you'll gain authenticity points(!).
