We write down the places the places we would like to try. We will add the Picnic Basket to our list; the pictures of the food look great... We travel just to try different resturants.We already have a couple places in mind before we leave. We catch a restaurant on the way down. Find a place to stay the night. Then find another place to eat on the way back. With a lot of site seeing in between the trip.
