		<description>A couple years ago, you used to see Asanga (the Sri Lankan cook / baker) serving up the kottu, but it has been a long time since I&#039;ve seen him there.  Also, Asanga&#039;s Cafe used to be Wed and Fri.  The Friday lunch was replaced with another themed cafe, seems like it was Central American?  Don&#039;t hold me to it...it has been a while since I&#039;ve been there on a Friday.</description>

		<description>I could be wrong, but I think it&#039;s prepared on-site, along with the pizza and sandwiches they offer, but if it were off-site that would explain the limited availability.  In any case, it definitely tasted like it was fresh out of the kitchen.</description>
